Where to find a Taxi when you get off the plane in Kathmandu?

When you get off the plane you will see a counter at the airport where you can order a taxi for a flat fee. It sounds wonderful as if you will pay less than if you go out to haggle with the cabbies yourself. Not true; you will actually pay about 150 NRs, more than if you negotiate the price yourself.
