Placing an order There are two ways to place your order: directly via the online shop by requesting a quotation via any contact form Either way, we will review each elements to make sure they can be fulfilled according to your requirements. We contact you back personally for confirmation if any item is missing or if it is different from the original offer. In this case, depending on the availability you will be provided with multiple options: accept a similar alternative commission a new piece to the crafter cancel the order of the item Once we have the confirmation that your order can be fulfilled we will proceed with the payment. Note: We only transfer (capture) the funds after confirmation from both sides.
