Placing an order
There are two ways to place your order:
- directly via the online shop
- by requesting a quotation via any contact form
Either way, we will review each elements to make sure they can be fulfilled accordingly.
We contact you back personally for confirmation if any item is missing or if it is different from the original offer.
In this case, depending on the availability you will be provided with multiple options:
- accept a similar alternative
- commission a new piece to the crafter
- cancel the order of the item
Once we have the confirmation that your order can be fulfilled we will proceed with the payment.
Note: We only transfer (capture) the funds after confirmation of availability.
Shop orders
For direct orders from the website we accept payments via the following methods:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- PayPal
In this case our system requests an authorization to your card issuing bank or PayPal and place a hold on the funds for the authorized amount.
At the time of confirmation we collect the funds for the amount due (minus adjustments) and contact you back with the tracking details.
Note: If the amount due is greater than the authorized amount a second instalment should be paid via the provided payment link.
Quotations
For quotations requested via email or contact form we accept payments via the following methods:
- Wire transfer
- Credit card
- Debit card
- PayPal
- Alipay
- WeChat Pay
At the time of confirmation we send you a payment link to capture the amount due and contact you back with the tracking details.
