Description

This singing bowl is made up of seven different kinds of bronze and has a diameter of 23 cm (9 inches) and a height of 9 cm (4 inches). It has a weight of 1.01 kg (2.22 lbs) and features intricate carving of an eye in the middle of the bowl.

Himalayan singing bowls are a traditional part of yoga, music therapy, sound healing, and religious practices. They create a pure tone that is similar to a sine wave, and are often used to mark the beginning and end of silent meditation in Buddhism.
