Description
Long Life and Good Health Deity, White Tara is seated in the statue in the peaceful diamond lotus stance, with her legs folded beneath her and her eyes directed upwards.
White Tara has seven eyes, one on each of her hands and feet, as well as one on her forehead, which demonstrate her sympathetic awareness of the world’s suffering.
Her guarding mudra is on her left hand, but her wish-granting mudra is accurate. In her left hand, she generally holds a stem of the Utpala lotus flower with three flowers.
