Description
Fine Carving Singing Bowl Jambati with Sri Yantra Etching is 1.15 kg with a 20cm diagram. It has fine carvings of Sri Yantra inside it. Yoga, music therapy, sound healing, and religious ceremonies all use singing bowls, also known as Himalayan bowls.
Tibetan bowls produce very pure tones that are similar to sine waves. For our ears, their sound is synonymous with purity. The tone is produced by striking the side of the bowl with a wooden mallet, much like a bell.
Running the mallet around the bowl with only light pressure will eventually produce a pure tone. The bowl is said to sing when this happens, hence its name.
