Description
Hayagriva Statue is made in Nepal by master statue artists. The weight of the statue is 4.866 kg and the size is 33 x 21 x 15cm.
The material used to make this statue is copper. Hayagriva is a wrathful manifestation of Lord Avalokiteshvara. Hayagriva is one of Kanye’s eight main deities, and his name means “Lotus-like Speech.”He is red in color, with three faces, six hands, and four legs.
His right face is white and his left is green. He has three large round staring eyes and a cavernous mouth with sharp canine teeth and dark hair flowing upward. On top of his head, there are three small green horse heads.
His right hands hold a vajra, trident, and sword. Her upper left hand is outstretched in the mudra (sacred gesture) of bestowing protection. The remaining hands hold a spear and noose.
He is adorned with a crown of five dry skulls, earrings, gold and jewel ornaments, snakes entwined as jewelry, and a tiger skin skirt. He is completely attired in wrathful charnel ground vestments and a set of vajra wings.
