Description
Simhamukha Yogini Statue is made in Nepal by statue artists. Simhamukha is a fully enlightened creature whose name means “Lion-Faced Lady.” She has gained Buddhahood, the highest level of wisdom and bliss.
Her mind is free of distortion and conceptual overlay, flowing in a pure, non-conceptual stream. She is described as a wisdom Dakini, a female who bestows wisdom, a great victorious mother, a female who delights in the highest knowledge,” and an “enlightened being whose nature is primordial wisdom and ultimate reality.” Every experience in her mental stream has the superior taste of supernal delight.
She enjoys a constant flow of spontaneously arising supreme bliss because her mind is entirely pure. Her happiness is unaffected by external factors, and it is unrivaled because it can never be decreased or destroyed. It is the mind’s basic nature, an inherent state of being that naturally arises when all suffering-causing attachments are destroyed.
