Description
Buddhist Statue of Shakyamuni is made in Nepal by statue artists. Shakyamuni Buddha is depicted on a lotus seat, looking serene and peaceful. His right hand is in the earth touching mudra, while his left hand is clutching a begging bowl that the artist appears to have painstakingly crafted.
Buddha’s earlobes are elongated, indicating that he was a spiritual master with wisdom and compassion. His black hair, which has hundreds of curls and a cranial bulge, is one of the Buddha’s most distinguishing features.
