Chutor is a type of water offering to Dzambhala,  the god of wealth, is the Tibetan Ritual Set for Water Offering, commonly referred to as Water Torma.

Torma can be dyed in a variety of colors, most frequently white or red for the torma’s main body. According to their intended use, they are typically constructed in conical shapes. For festivals, a very big, central shrine torma may be built, but usually they are small and set on a shrine, on a plate, mounted on leather, or supported by a specific base, such as a skull.
