Description
Tibetan Tsongkhapa Statue is made in Nepal by master statue artists. The weight of the statue is 0.89 kg and the size is 15 x 12 x 7cm.
The material used to make this statue is Copper Gold Plated. Tsongkhapa was a famous teacher of Tibetan Buddhism whose activities led to the formation of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism. He is also known by his ordained name Losang Drakpa or simply as “Je Rinpoche”.
He is also known by the Chinese as Zongkapa Lobsang Zhaba. He was the son of a Tibetan Longben Tribal leader who also once served as an official of the Yuan Dynasty of China.
