There are two ways to place your order:
- directly via the online shop
- by requesting a quotation via any contact form
Either way, a member of the team will review each elements to make sure they can be fulfilled according to your requirements and contact you back personally for confirmation if any item is missing or if it is different from the original offer.
In this case, depending on the availability you will be provided with multiple options:
- accept a similar alternative
- commission a new piece to the crafter
- cancel the order of the item
Once your order is confirmed the platform will proceed with the payment and fullfil it.
Note: The platform only transfer (capture) the funds after confirmation from both sides.
