Statue of Siddhartha Gautam Buddha is made in Nepal by statue artists. Gautama Buddha also known as the Buddha was a Buddhist monk who lived in India. He is regarded as the founder of Buddhism, and most Buddhist schools regard him as a savior, the Enlightened One who rediscovered an ancient path to liberate oneself from clinging and craving, and to break the cycle of birth and rebirth.
He taught for nearly 45 years and amassed a sizable monastic and lay following. His teachings are based on his understanding of the emergence of dukkha and the end of dukkha, the state known as Nirvana.
