About Sister Trang Lam Hy

Sister Trang Lam Hy ("Forest of Joy"), from Germany, previously worked as an adult educator and community gardener. In 2016, she joined Plum Village's Lower Hamlet and co-founded the Happy Farm with fellow sisters and friends. Reflecting on her journey, she seeks a deeper connection with life, aspiring to touch life deeply, understand her mind, and follow the path.
