Sister True Dedication, also known as Sister Chân Hiến Nghiêm, is a former journalist turned monastic Dharma Teacher ordained by Thich Nhat Hanh.

She is a prominent figure in the Zen Buddhist community. 

With a background in History and Political Thought from Cambridge University, she transitioned from a career at BBC News in London to embrace monastic life in 2008. 

As an editor and author, her work spans commentary in "Zen and the Art of Saving the Planet" and contributions to Thich Nhat Hanh's writings on Buddhism and ecology. 

Co-founder of the Wake Up Movement, she passionately guides young meditators in merging mindfulness with engaged Buddhism. 

Sister True Dedication dedicates her efforts to mentoring young monastics and nurturing Thich Nhat Hanh's legacy while nurturing her love for nature and humor within the monastery.
