The Importance of Ethical Conduct

Those who are devoted to practice have a different outlook than those who are not. believe that life has a greater purpose than material , power, and prestige, and that achieving a fortunate rebirth, , and are more important in the long run.

We strive to reduce and eventually eliminate afflictions that prevent us from fulfilling our spiritual purpose. To do this, we follow an ethical code set by our spiritual mentor and its corresponding precepts, which guide us in subduing our physical, verbal, and mental actions.
