About Anthony de Mello

Anthony de Mello, SJ, who was also called Tony de Mello, was an Indian Jesuit priest and psychotherapist. He was a well-known spiritual teacher, writer, and public speaker, and he wrote many books on spirituality. De Mello also organized and led spiritual retreats and conferences. He gained recognition for his storytelling, which incorporated elements from mystical traditions of both the East and the West.
