About Lama Tempa Dukte

Genyen Tempa Dukte Lama is an ordained Tibetan Bon lama, teacher, author, and founder of Olmo Ling Bon Center and Publications in Pittsburgh, PA. Born in Nepal’s Humla Valley, he began his monastic training at age six at Menri Monastery in India under H.H. the 33rd Menri Trizin.
Tempa Lama has taught extensively on Bon meditation, healing, and contemplative care across the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Europe. He is the author of several books and a dedicated advocate for preserving the Bon tradition and the cultural heritage of Humla through his nonprofit work and humanitarian projects.
