About Raymond Lam

Raymond Lam is a writer  specializing in religion journalism. 

Since 2008, he has been a Chinese Buddhist layman, dedicating himself to the study and practice of Buddhism. 

With a background in religious studies from The University of Queensland and SOAS University of London, Lam brings a wealth of knowledge to his work. 

He is also deeply involved in the Buddhist community, serving as vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Society of Dharma Supporters and as a trustee of the Heythrop Association. 

Passionate about promoting an open and historically-informed vision of Mahayana and early Buddhism, Lam contributes to the dissemination of Buddhist teachings through his writing and editorial work.
