About Thich Minh Tue

Thich Minh Tue, born Le Anh Tu, is a renowned Vietnamese ascetic known for his pilgrimages across the country. Born in Ky Van commune, Ha Tinh, he moved to Gia Lai Province in 1994. After military service and vocational school, he worked as a cadastral surveyor. Ordained in July 2015, Tue later chose an ascetic path, living in solitude and walking across Vietnam. He clarifies that he is not affiliated with the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.
