Traga Rinpoche is a revered Dzogchen master renowned for his profound teachings and extensive retreat experience. Trained under eminent Tibetan Buddhist masters like His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang and His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche, he received comprehensive instruction in Drikung Kagyu texts, Mahamudra, and the entire Dzogchen Yangzab tradition. Ordained by Khenpo Munsel in 1984, Traga Rinpoche dedicated seven years to intensive retreats under his guidance, focusing on advanced Dzogchen practices.
