Sarvasokatamonirghata Lokeshvara is one-faced and four armed and sits in the Vajraparyahka attitude on a lotus. Each of his two principal hands exhibits the Abhaya pose against his chest, while the other two hands hold the rosary in the right and the Utpala in the left.
