Description
Dalai Lama created the Kalachakra Mandala as a visual tool for Buddhist practitioners. The primary symbol of the lotus, which represents the Buddha, is encircled by a palace-like structure.
Every deity and symbol in the mandala has a physical meaning (Outer Kalachakra) as well as a spiritual meaning (Inner Kalachakra), and the portals of the structure connect them.
