New Pilgrimage Book by Geshe Thubten Sherab

A new book by Geshe Thubten Sherab, Headmaster of Kopan School, has been released with the support of Thubten Zopa Rinpoche.
This is the first volume of two and it focuses on the holy places of the Kathmandu Valley and Lumbini.
It was created with the guidance of Rinpoche and published by Lumbini Buddhist University and Kopan Monastery.
On September 11, a large crowd of over 150 people, including Nepal government officials, the Culture Minister, members of parliament, representatives from the three yanas, professors from Lumbini University, and representatives from various Nepali communities, gathered at the Hyatt Hotel to celebrate the occasion in the presence of Kopan’s Khenrinpoche.
