Self-reflection and discovery through creative art-making activities

In partnership with New York University’s Steinhardt Graduate School of Art Therapy, visitors have been invited to participate in creative art-making activities to explore self-reflection and discovery.
These exercises are designed to help people connect with their inner selves, reduce stress, and find inspiration.
Visitors to the Rubin Museum’s current exhibitions and the 2023 theme of Life After can explore ideas such as transformation, impermanence, and the mysterious.
