About Brother Pháp Linh

Brother Pháp Linh also known as Brother Spirit, is a Zen Buddhist monk, musician, and advocate for mindfulness. 

Commencing his monastic journey under Thích Nhất Hạnh at Plum Village in 2008, he has since composed numerous revered chants for the community. 

Previously, Brother Pháp Linh studied mathematics at Cambridge and pursued a career as a composer. 

A co-founder of the Wake Up Movement, he now dedicates himself to teaching mindfulness to various groups, including climate activists, business leaders, artists, and scientists. 

Passionate about the intersection of meditation and science, Brother Pháp Linh envisions a modern monasticism fostering compassion and collective awakening in society.
