About Geshe Dorji Damdul

Ven Geshe Dorji Damdul is the Director of Tibet House, New Delhi, a Cultural Centre of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. 

He pursued formal studies in Buddhist philosophy and attained a Ph.D. (Geshe Lharampa Degree) in 2002 from Drepung Loseling Monastic University. 

He has been the official translator for H.H. the Dalai Lama since 2005, translating and co-authoring books. He played a key role in creating a textbook on Buddhist Science and Philosophy. 

Besides his academic contributions, he lectures widely on Buddhist philosophy and practice.
