Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Delek
Khensur Rinpoche Jetsun Lobsang Delek, born in 1939 in Khantse Pantso, Tibet, began his monastic journey at Sera Jey Monastery in 1956. Following the 1959 uprising, he fled to India, continuing his studies and practice at Buxa and later receiving Gelong ordination from His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 1965. In the 1970s, he played a pivotal role in re-establishing Sera Jey Monastery in Bylakuppe, earning the Geshe Lharm degree in 1987. Renowned as a teacher, he served as Chief Disciplinarian at Gyumey Tantric Monastery and Sera Jey Monastery.
