Interview with IMS Teacher Raquel Baetz and Roxanne Dault

Roxanne Dault has been a devoted practitioner of for close to 20 years, attending intensive retreats both in the East and in the West. She is an alumnus of the IMS Teacher Training Program and instructs meditation in Canada, the USA, and France.

Roxanne, a Guiding Teacher from True North Insight, is based in Tiohti:áke (Montréal).

Her are rooted in the lineage, and she draws on her appreciation of nature and Indigenous for further inspiration.

Additionally, Roxanne has been trained in Somatic Experiencing®, a - approach to help reduce trauma and stress.

She is fluent in and English, and is currently learning Anishinaabemowin, the language of her ancestors.
