Opening of the Mandala Lab in London

The opening of the Lab took place in Union Square at Canary Wharf, London.

The free evening program included an outdoor sound experience of a live gong-and- improvisation by Dame Evelyn Glennie, followed at sundown by London’s first-ever Breathe-In guided by teacher .

It was a synchronized participatory breathing aimed at invoking a baseline for well-being.

Neuroscientist Dr. outlined the and social benefits of the breathing pace generated by the Lab.

This event took place rain or shine, and attendees had the opportunity to learn what could happen when they breathed in sync with others.
