The program commenced with a two-day inaugural forum in Hong Kong, where scholars from seventy-six universities explored themes like Engaged Buddhism, Sinification, and Buddhism’s intersection with science and technology.
The subsequent sessions at Jishan Academy delved deeper into various aspects of Buddhist studies, featuring seminars, guest lectures, and presentations by students.
The program’s highlight was the Student Forum, where fifteen students presented their research, receiving feedback and guidance from peers and professors alike.
