Thailand’s International Buddhist College for the good of the many

The (IBC) in Thailand’s Songkhla province stands as a beacon of education, comprehensive programs in Buddhist Studies.

Established in 2005 by the visionary Venerable Dr. Wei Wu, IBC has become renowned for its commitment to providing education in a spiritually dedicated, non-sectarian, and modern environment.

Under Dr. Wei Wu’s leadership, the institution offers Bachelor of , of Arts, and Doctor of programs in Buddhist Studies, taught by expert academicians in both English and Chinese.

IBC’s mission encompasses three key visions: delivering quality Buddhist education internationally, promoting understanding of diverse Buddhist traditions, and integrating spiritual values with academic rigor.

Embodying its motto “Bahunnaṃ Vata Atthāya” (For the Good of the Many), IBC strives for global and welfare.

Supported by the Than Hsiang Foundation in Malaysia, IBC provides scholarships for both monastic and lay students, covering tuition, meals, and accommodations.
