Yarne, or the annual summer retreat, is a tradition that dates back to the time of Buddha.
It was created as a way for monks to gather and take refuge from the monsoon rains while also giving them an opportunity to reflect, pray, meditate, and listen to the dharma.
Over the centuries, Yarne has become a spiritual journey for many, allowing them to deepen their understanding of Buddhism and its teachings.
Today, Yarne is still practiced by many Buddhists and continues to be an important part of the Buddhist tradition.
