Now, led by Architect Cindy Walters, the next generation is investing in the Sanctuary Project, focusing on education and community spaces.
The project aims to connect the inside and outside of the historic building, preserving it as a cherished community asset and home for the London Jamyang Buddhists and wider community.
It seeks to create a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming space supporting local well-being and serving as a beacon and sanctuary for the Dharma community, both locally and globally.
The community is encouraged to participate in the project, leaving a lasting legacy that nurtures the Dharma’s teachings and fosters unity and support among its members.
