A Q&A with IMS Teacher Jeanne Corrigal

In this Q&A, Jeanne discusses her upcoming online course which will examine how the Sutta, the , serves as a practical guide to illustrate how our external environment can assist in achieving within ourselves.

Jeanne Corrigal is the mentor of the Saskatoon Community. She has been practicing since 1999 and is a graduate of the Teacher Training Program of IMS and Dedicated Practitioner and Community Leader Programs of Rock.

Jeanne has been a certified practitioner of Indigenous Focusing Oriented Trauma Therapy and a teacher for over two decades.

She is also a Life Skills Coach trainer and a member of the Métis Nation, one of the three Indigenous communities officially recognized in Canada. Her journey began with Cree Elder Jim Settee, who taught her the power of loving presence.
