Ajahn Brahm’s comprehensive Theravada teaching tour in Hong Kong
Theravada teacher Ajahn Brahm will be starting a comprehensive teaching tour in Hong Kong in March.
With the current troubled and turbulent times, Brahm, who is the abbot of Bodhinyana Monastery in Serpentine, Western Australia, has appropriately named his tour “When the Going gets Tough, the Wise get Kindful.”
The tour, organized by the Bodhinyana International Foundation (BIF) and co-organized by the Centre of Buddhist Studies (CBS) at The University of Hong Kong (HKU), consists of four public events.
Brahm has scheduled two public talks in Hong Kong. The first talk will take place on March 3rd at The University of Hong Kong and will focus on the theme of the tour.
The second talk, titled “Practising Kindfulness on Campus,” will be held on March 6th at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
In addition to these talks, Brahm will also be conducting a Day of Kindfulness on March 5th and a Day of Mindfulness on March 6th at The University of Hong Kong.
