How to develop the courage to keep trying?

From a Buddhist perspective, cyclical existence has been flawed since the beginning of time.
As all sentient beings are subject to afflictions and karma, it is impossible to achieve a perfect world by simply changing external conditions.
Tibetans have a more accepting attitude towards hardships and are content with what they have.
If we adopt a realistic outlook that doesn’t anticipate extraordinary joy and grandeur in life, we will be more satisfied with what we have.
This outlook does not lead to apathy or indifference, but rather creates a greater sense of emotional equilibrium and helps to avoid feelings of disappointment.
