Jizo Ceremony for Deceased Children

In , the Jizo is a ceremony that has been around since the Edo Period to honor and remember children who have passed away.

This modern version of the ceremony is open to anyone who has experienced the death of a child, particularly those lost in-utero through miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, or within the first year.

The ceremony provides an opportunity to take out from our busy lives to grieve, and by doing so together, we create a collective that can help to heal our grief.
