Connection between mindfulness and reduced relationship conflict

The recent published in the Journal of Social and Personal Relationships indicates that practicing in a romantic relationship can help to reduce the frequency and severity of disagreements.

The findings suggest that cultivating mindfulness can improve the bond between partners by decreasing of isolation and negative interpretations.

The study revealed that the amount of mindfulness demonstrated by the female partner was more significant than the amount of mindfulness demonstrated by the male partner, which had a limited impact.
