DYFIT Sangha Movement Practice

Come and join us for a two hour session of mindful movement! We have been combining stillness and silence with and movement for six years at Don’t You Feel It Too? and Clouds in Center.

During this session, you can move as much or as little as you like, either indoors at Clouds in Water or outside.

Feel free to bring your own music (earbuds and phones) or just move to ambient sounds.

Our coaches will provide basic instructions:

  1. your music
  2. Move honestly and fearlessly
  3. Feel what you feel
