Kyabjé Yongzin Ling Rinpoche’s US teaching tour
Kyabjé Yongzin Ling Rinpoche is currently embarked on a nine-week teaching tour spanning April to June across the United States.
Visiting over 28 different venues in a dozen states, including Dharma centers, monastery gompas, and other specially-erected locations like teaching tents, Tibetan association halls, and local community centers, Ling Rinpoche’s teachings have drawn diverse audiences.
Organized by various FPMT centers, including Shantideva Center, Kurukulla Center, Guhyasamaja Center, and others, the tour has been a profound spiritual experience for attendees.
Ling Rinpoche’s teachings have touched upon the legacy of Lama Zopa Rinpoche, urging followers to fulfill his wishes by practicing the Dharma diligently and becoming good human beings.
Throughout the tour, Ling Rinpoche’s teachings have focused on essential Buddhist concepts, such as lamrim texts by Lama Tsong Khapa and bodhichitta topics, delivered with clarity, scholarship, and relevance to modern life.
Attendees have likened Ling Rinpoche’s teachings to those of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, praising their traditional style and applicability to daily life.
Notably, Ling Rinpoche’s teachings have attracted attendees from diverse backgrounds, including FPMT students from Latin America and members of the Tibetan community.
Ling Rinpoche’s tour has also included initiations and consecrations of holy objects, adding spiritual depth to the journey.
