Meditation – Relaxing Back into the Mystery

In this meditation, we come back to the present moment and reconnect with the unknown origin of our being. We become aware of our senses, focus on our breathing, and if our minds drift, we take a few moments to relax and return to the vividness and consciousness that is always available to us.
