The Tergar Meditation Community, established by the highly respected Dharma instructor and master of the Karma Kagyu and Nyingma branches of Tibetan Buddhism Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, has declared that it will offer a complimentary virtual teaching by the renowned lama Ringu Tulku Rinpoche.
The open lesson will take place on 18 November and will focus on “Mahamudra: A Simple Path for a Busy Life.”
Ringu Tulku Rinpoche’s live teaching will offer insight into the significance of Mahamudra in modern times, as well as how to apply its teachings in order to gain an understanding of one’s true nature. It will also provide guidance on how to use Mahamudra as a swift path to enlightenment.
The Mahamudra path is at the core of the Vajrayana tradition.
This practice has been used by people from all backgrounds for centuries, allowing them to recognize their true selves.
At this event, Ringu Tulku Rinpoche will explain how these powerful teachings can help us to access our inner buddha and understand our own identity.
