Lama Lena hosted a two-hour introduction to Dzogchen in Portland, Oregon on September 5th, 2023.
Lama Lena provided an introduction to Dzogchen meditation and philosophy, along with helpful advice on how to strengthen one’s practice.
People of all backgrounds were welcomed to attend the event, and the response from those who did was overwhelmingly positive.
