The Buddhist Peace Fellowship (BPF), a non-denominational international organization of involved Buddhists based in the United States, has declared its intention to fill two new co-director roles as it goes through an overhaul.
The two new posts are co-director of operations and co-director of resource mobilization.
The organization, established by Robert Baker Aitken (1917 – 2010) in 1978, has endeavored to use Buddhist teachings and activism to foster peace and justice across the globe.
This year, two additional co-directors, Kate Johnson and Sarwang Parikh, have been appointed to oversee programming and partnerships, joining two other co-directors already hired.
